Priority Technology Acquires IntelliPay to Expand Public Sector Business
Priority Technology Holdings announced it has entered into a membership interest purchase agreement to acquire IntelliPay. The acquisition will establish Priority Commerce Government, extending the company's enterprise payments business into the public sector. "IntelliPay has been a longstanding partner and has built a strong business serving state and local municipalities with unique payment acceptance and billing needs," said Tom Priore, CEO of Priority Commerce. "Acquiring high-performing partners in our ecosystem is an important part of our strategy to build out key verticals. Priority Commerce Announces Multi-Year Partnership with Pittsburgh Steelers
Priority Commerce announced a new multi-year partnership with the Pittsburgh Steelers. Under the agreement, Priority Commerce was chosen to provide ticketing payment processing and deploy its Passport treasury orchestration solution to help the organization optimize payment costs, monitor daily transaction and interchange activity, and improve visibility into cash flow and treasury operations. As part of the multi-year agreement, Priority Commerce will also receive marketing rights and other partnership assets, including in-stadium branding, hospitality and participation in select Steelers business events.
