Pulse Biosciences Partners with Clayman Thyroid Center
Pulse Biosciences announced a partnership with the Clayman Thyroid Center at the Hospital for Endocrine Surgery in Tampa, Florida. The partnership covers both the commercial use of the nPulse Vybrance Percutaneous Electrode System in the treatment of patients at the center and a clinical collaboration to generate additional data on the use of nsPFA energy in benign thyroid nodule treatment. Under the commercial component of the partnership, the Clayman Thyroid Center is now treating patients with the Vybrance System as part of the controlled market development strategy. The center is the only site in the Tampa Bay Area offering nPulse technology for symptomatic benign thyroid nodules.

Pulse Biosciences Grants 2,200 Stock Options to New Employees
Pulse Biosciences announced that the Compensation Committee of its Board of Directors has granted equity awards to two new employees as equity inducement awards outside of the Company's 2017 Equity Incentive Plan, but under the terms of the 2017 Inducement Equity Incentive Plan. The equity awards were approved and issued on September 2, 2026, in accordance with Nasdaq Listing Rule 5635(c)(4). Pulse has awarded inducement options to two new employees to purchase, in aggregate, up to 2,200 shares of Company common stock. The Company's independent Compensation Committee approved these awards as an inducement to their employment in accordance with Nasdaq Listing Rule 5635(c)(4). The stock options have an exercise price of $52.68 per share, which is equal to the closing price of the Company's common stock on September 2, 2026, and all will be subject to time-based vesting over four years, with 1/4 of each award vesting annually, subject to the employee's continued employment with Pulse Biosciences. The options are subject to the terms and conditions of the 2017 Inducement Equity Incentive Plan and the award agreements entered into with each recipient.
