Solv Energy Launches Public Offering of 14 Million Shares of Class A Common Stock
Solv Energy announced that it has launched a public offering of its Class A common stock. The offering consists of 14M shares of Class A common stock of the company, including 7,185,181 shares being offered by affiliates of American Securities and 6,814,819 shares being offered by the company. The company will not receive any of the proceeds from the sale of shares of Class A common stock by the Selling Stockholders. Jefferies and J.P. Morgan are acting as joint lead book-running managers for the proposed offering.
