MKS Inc. Invests $25M to Expand Guangzhou Facility

MKS Inc. announced the expansion of its Atotech equipment manufacturing site in Guangzhou, China. With an investment of $25M, the expansion will add approximately 323,000 square feet of manufacturing and operations space and is expected to double the site's production capacity upon completion, which is targeted for the fourth quarter of 2027.

MKS Opens Supercenter Factory in Penang, Malaysia

MKS Inc. has opened its MKS Supercenter Factory in Penang, Malaysia. Located on a 17-acre site with approximately 350,000 square feet of built-up space, the facility will support the growing global demand for wafer fabrication equipment. Developed in multiple phases, the project's first phase is now complete. Upon completion of all phases, the Supercenter Factory is expected to create more than 1,000 jobs and will represent a strategic investment of over RM 400M.
