MGM Reports Q2 Revenue of $4.5 Billion
Reports Q2 revenue $4.5B, consensus $4.42B. "MGM Resorts once again demonstrated the strength of our diversified portfolio with record second quarter consolidated revenue driven by a second consecutive quarter of year-over-year revenue growth for Las Vegas Strip Resorts, all-time best Regional Operations same-store quarterly revenue, and 20% year-over-year revenue growth at MGM Digital," said Bill Hornbuckle, President and CEO of MGM Resorts International. "Alongside this momentum in our existing operations, we continue to build for the future with investment in the largest integrated resort in the world, MGM Osaka, on track for 2030 opening, as well as returns on our digital businesses."

BetMGM Reports Q2 Net Revenue of $711M, Up 3% YoY
BetMGM, a sports betting and iGaming operator across North America, jointly owned by MGM and Entain, provided an update on its Q2 and H1 performance in 2026. Reports Q2 net revenue $711M, +3% YoY; iGaming net revenue $483M, +8% YoY; online sports net revenue $228M, flat YoY; and adjusted EBITDA of $74M. FY 2026 guidance: reflecting year-to-date performance, expects both Net Revenue and Adjusted EBITDA towards lower end of existing guidance ranges. BetMGM CEO Adam Greenblatt commented: "BetMGM has started 2026 well and continues to execute with discipline. Our underlying player fundamentals remain healthy, and we are generating positive cash flow and Adjusted EBITDA, enabling us to continue to invest in our highest return opportunities. Looking ahead, we will continue to prioritize our areas of strength, in particular leveraging our market leading iGaming offering across multi-product states, our omnichannel advantage in Nevada, and serving our higher-value customers.
