Company Expects 2% Organic Net Revenue Growth for 2026
For 2026, the company now expects at least 2 percent Organic Net Revenue growth, which reflects the strength of its year-to-date performance. The company maintains its Adjusted EPS growth in the range of flat to 5 percent on a constant currency basis. The company also expects 2026 Free Cash Flow of approximately $3 billion. The company currently estimates currency translation would increase 2026 net revenue growth by approximately 2.0 percent and increase Adjusted EPS by $0.05.

LyondellBasell Partners with Mondelez to Launch 75% Recycled Packaging
LyondellBasell (LYB) announced a packaging solution for Marabou chocolate bars, developed in collaboration with Mondelez (MDLZ), Amcor, Taghleef Industries and other industry players. Using LYB CirculenRevive polymers with 100% attributed recycled content via an ISCC PLUS-certified mass balance approach, Mondelez is now able to offer packaging sourced from 75% recycled content, helping transform hard-to-recycle post-consumer mixed plastic waste into high-quality materials for food packaging.
Mondelez International Appoints Amit Banati as CFO
Mondelez International (MDLZ) announced the appointment of Amit Banati as Executive Vice President and CFO, effective July 1. He will report directly to Dirk Van de Put, Chair and CEO, and will be a member of the Mondelez International Leadership Team. Following Banati's appointment, Luca Zaramella will continue as Executive Vice President and COO, focusing his leadership on the company's commercial operations, including its four geographical regions, corporate sales, marketing and supply chain functions. Banati most recently served as CFO of Kenvue. (KVUE).
