Mobileye Founder Amnon Shashua to Step Down as CEO
Mobileye founder Amnon Shashua has informed the Board of Directors of his intention to step down as CEO upon the appointment of a successor. Mobileye's Board of Directors will hire an executive search firm and will conduct a comprehensive process to select a new CEO. Shashua will remain a director of the company, and the Board has offered Shashua the role of Chairman once a new CEO has been appointed.

Stellantis to Integrate Mobileye Technology in 2027
From 2027, select Stellantis (STLA) vehicles will integrate Mobileye's (MBLY) REM Road Experience Management technology, increasing hands-free driving availability and performance through crowdsourced intelligence. Mobileye announced that its Cloud-Enhanced Advanced Driver Assist technology will be integrated into select future Stellantis vehicles expected in 2027.
