Hubbell Anticipates 16-18% Sales Growth in 2026
Consensus $19.97. The company said, "For the full year 2026, Hubbell anticipates total sales growth of 16-18% including organic sales growth of 9-11%. Hubbell expects 2026 GAAP diluted earnings per share in the range of $17.25 to $17.55 and adjusted diluted earnings per share in the range of $20.25 to $20.55. For the full year, Adjusted EPS excludes amortization of acquisition-related intangible assets, which the Company expects to be approximately $2.50 per share, and transaction, integration, and separation costs, which the Company expects to be approximately $0.50 per share. The Company believes Adjusted EPS is a useful measure of underlying performance in light of our acquisition strategy. The diluted earnings per share and Adjusted EPS ranges are based on an adjusted tax rate of 22.0% to 22.5% and include approximately $20 million of anticipated restructuring and related investment. The Company expects full year 2026 free cash flow conversion of approximately 90% on adjusted net income."

Sentinel Capital Partners announced it has signed a definitive agreement to sell NSI Industries, a manufacturer and supplier of branded electrical products, to Hubbell (HUBB) for $3B. Following Sentinel's 2024 acquisition of NSI, the firm executed a key strategic initiative by divesting NSI's HVAC division to Lennox International (LII) for approximately $550M. This repositioned NSI as a pure-play manufacturer of branded electrical products, enabling greater operational focus and unlocking significant value.
Hubbell to Acquire NSI Industries for $3B
Hubbell announced it has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire NSI Industries for $3B in cash, subject to customary adjustments. NSI anticipates 2026 revenue of approximately $570M. Hubbell expects the acquisition to be accretive to adjusted EPS in 2026. The transaction is anticipated to close in mid-2026, subject to the satisfaction of customary closing conditions, including receipt of required regulatory approval. Hubbell plans to finance the transaction with a combination of cash on hand and debt and has obtained fully committed bridge financing subject to the agreed-upon terms and conditions among the foregoing parties and Hubbell.
