HomesToLife Announces Final Cash Dividend of 6.5 Cents per Share
HomesToLife announced that its shareholders have approved a final special cash dividend of 6.5c per ordinary share, at the company's annual general meeting of shareholders held on April 10. Based on 89,687,500 outstanding shares, the total estimated dividend payout will be approximately $5.8M. The company plans to pay the dividend on April 30 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on April 22.
HomesToLife Invests $1M for 10% Stake in Zeica Labs
HomesToLife announced a $1M investment for a 10% fully diluted stake in Zeica Labs. The Investment will be made through HTL Marketing, a wholly owned subsidiary of HomesToLife. Zeica Labs is a newly formed Singapore technology company that owns the spatial-audio intellectual property and engineering capabilities behind Super X-Fi, a patented audio technology that delivers immersive, personalised sound experiences. Under the collaboration, HomesToLife plans to have Zeica Labs serve as its innovation and technology development partner, working closely with HomesToLife to integrate patented spatial-audio technology into selected upcoming furniture collections. HomesToLife intends to have this support HomesToLife's broader strategy to develop differentiated, next-generation smart home products.
HomesToLife announces Q3 EPS of 3 cents, unchanged from last year.
Reports Q3 revenue $94.3M vs. $82.6M last year. "Our consistent performance demonstrates the resilience of our diversified export model and disciplined cost control," said Ms. Phua Mei Ming, Chief Executive Officer of HomesToLife. "As we approach the year-end peak season, we are well-positioned to capitalize on seasonal demand while sustaining long-term growth through our key markets."
HomesToLife sees FY25 revenue $260M-$290M
Looking ahead, HTL Far East is expected to sustain its strong revenue momentum as it continues expanding across the Asia-Pacific region. In addition, HTL Marketing is projected to contribute between $250 million and $280 million in revenue for the full year. Total revenue for 2025 is expected to be between $260 and $290 million. For the remainder of 2025, the Company will continue to maintain a robust liquidity position, providing financial flexibility to support its strategic growth initiatives while meeting near-term operational and financing needs.
