ERock, Inc. is a vertically integrated company that designs, deploys, operates and maintains multi-purpose distributed power systems, consisting of its proprietary natural gas generator and embedded software technology, for its customers. The Company's modular power systems can be rapidly deployed at a scale of more than 1 GW to meet its customers' full range of power needs, including bridge, backup and dispatchable power applications, and are supported by its operations and maintenance (O&M) and asset management services. At the core of the Company's power systems is its RockBlock, a modular, distributed generator string that incorporates its proprietary natural gas engine and is assembled in-house. Complementing its generator technology is its Granite Software Ecosystem (Granite), a proprietary software that is embedded in its power systems. It primarily serves data centers, utilities and large commercial and industrial (C&I) businesses across nine states of the United States.
Currently, EROC's stock price is at $12.31, which is significantly below the analyst price targets of $19 and $23, indicating potential upside. However, the stock has a low RSI of 37.367, suggesting it is not yet in a strong buying position. The major risk is the net income loss of $56.48 million in Q2 2026, which raises concerns about profitability.
