Einride Partners with Nvidia to Evaluate AI Driving Model
Einride (ENRD) announced a collaboration with Nvidia (NVDA) to evaluate Nvidia Alpamayo, an AI reasoning driving model, as part of Einride's autonomous driving system, the Einride Driver. Einride plans to be the first trucking company to deploy Alpamayo on Hyperion, partnering closely with Nvidia to advance autonomous trucking through reasoning-based AI. As part of the collaboration, Einride will adapt Alpamayo to its own vehicles, routes and operating data. The approach is designed to shorten development cycles and reduce the cost of further extending the Einride Driver to new vehicle types and routes. Einride's data from real freight operations is what turns a general driving model into a capability built for trucking. The project builds toward a live road evaluation planned for the second half of 2027.
Einride and EASE Logistics Launch SAE Level 4 Autonomous Electric Trucks
Einride and EASE Logistics announced that the SAE Level 4 autonomous electric trucks are now live in daily freight operations between EASE warehouses in Marysville, Ohio. The milestone builds on the companies' May announcement and marks a new phase for the Truck Automation Corridor Project, a joint effort of the Ohio Department of Transportation, DriveOhio, and the Indiana Department of Transportation to prepare Ohio and Indiana's interstates for automated freight. Two of Einride's cab-less, driverless electric trucks are now running scheduled routes on EASE property and local public roads, carrying freight between EASE facilities. The vehicles operate without anyone in the cab; a remote operator monitors each truck off-site and can step in if needed. Starting last month, the deployment has been generating operational data on safety, reliability, and efficiency that will inform how autonomous freight scales beyond this initial route.

Einride Partners with NVIDIA to Advance Autonomous Driving
Einride (ENRD) announced a collaboration with NVIDIA (NVDA) to further accelerate the transition of the company's extensive freight network to autonomous operations. Einride intends to deploy NVIDIA Blackwell architecture at scale with an NVIDIA Exemplar Cloud partner, a cloud provider whose infrastructure NVIDIA has validated for large-scale AI training performance, to train, test and refine its autonomous driving models. This is a compute and development infrastructure that supports Einride's own autonomous-driving stack. Einride will adapt the NVIDIA Hyperion platform for heavy-duty trucking, working directly with NVIDIA to extend the platform's compute, sensor, software and safety architecture to the demands of heavy-duty freight. As part of its AI development workflow, Einride is using NVIDIA Cosmos to help improve the safety and reliability of its autonomous vehicles. NVIDIA Cosmos enables Einride to search and curate camera data to identify complex edge cases, as well as augment real-world data with photorealistic synthetic scenarios that increase the diversity of data used for AI training and validation.
