Dauch Announces Executive Succession Plan and Realignment

Dauch announced earlier today a succession plan and realignment of its executive leadership team. Effective November 2, Nathan Iles will join the company as Senior Vice President of Finance. Iles will succeed Christopher May as Chief Financial Officer on December 1. Concurrently, on December 1, May will transition into the role of Chief Administrative Officer. Reflecting this realignment, Terri Kemp, who previously served as Senior Vice President, Chief of Staff and HR, will retain the vital role of Senior Vice President, Chief of Staff, shifting her full focus toward achieving corporate initiatives and organizational alignment until her retirement at the end of the year. Iles most recently served as CFO at Standard Motor Products.

FY26 Revenue Consensus at $10.5B, Adjusted EBITDA View Raised to $1.3B-$1.425B

Consensus is for FY26 revenue $10.5B. Rises FY26 Adjusted EBITDA view to $1.3B-$1.425B from $1.3B-$1.4B. Adjusted EBITDA includes synergy benefits of $50M-$75M, equating to a run rate of greater than $100 million by the end of year one. Sees FY26 Capital expenditures 4.5%-5% of sales; Restructuring cash payments $110M-$150M; and Synergy implementation cash payments $100M-$125M.
