Howard Atkins, acting CFO of Daktronics, stated on the company's Q1 call: "Let me now briefly address a matter that has been in the media concerning the NBA's investigation of Kawhi Leonard and the Clippers in connection with the league's collective bargaining agreement that many of you may have heard about. As you might expect, we have received requests for information from the NBA. Additionally, the Securities and Exchange Commission is seeking information from us concerning the company and Mr. Leonard. We take these requests seriously and are cooperating at this point out of respect for the respective processes. We will not be providing further comment."

U.S. Stock Futures Mixed as Oil Prices Rise to $90
Stock futures are mixed as investors continue to digest the combination of escalating U.S.-Iran tensions, higher oil prices and a sharp rise in Treasury yields.WTI crude is trading around $90 a barrel while Brent is above $95 this morning as renewed U.S.-Iran fighting raised concerns about disruptions to energy supplies. The move in oil has also pushed inflation expectations higher, creating a difficult backdrop for both stocks and bonds.The 10-year yield climbed as high as roughly 4.81%, its highest level since early 2025, while the 30-year yield moved above 5.28%. The market is also increasingly focused on the Federal Reserve. Expectations for a September rate hike have risen sharply, with CME-linked pricing putting the probability around 68%, compared with roughly 37% a week ago.ADP showed 38,000 private-sector jobs were added in August, a slower-than-expected pace.
