Barrington downgraded CBIZ to Market Perform from Outperform without a price target after the company agreed to be acquired by Grant Thornton in an all-cash transaction valued at $5B or $55 per share. During the go-shop period, which was run through August 27, no competing proposal emerged, the analyst tells investors in a research note.
