Bitmine Immersion Technologies Inc. is a Bitcoin (BTC) and Ethereum (ETH) network company, focusing on the accumulation of Crypto for long-term investment. Its business lines include Bitcoin Mining, synthetic Bitcoin mining through involvement in Bitcoin mining, hashrate as a financial product, offering advisory and mining services to companies, and general Bitcoin advisory to public companies. Its business integrates a digital asset treasury anchored in ETH with an operating platform historically focused on BTC mining and hosting. Through its legacy mining-as-a-service business, it provided turnkey infrastructure and management solutions for institutional clients seeking BTC mining exposure without direct operational obligations. The mining-as-a-services include hardware sales and deployment support; operations management, uptime maximization, and pool payout optimization; and financial reporting and compliance support. It also operates Made-in America VAlidator Network (MAVAN).
Bitmine Immersion Technologies Inc is not a good buy right now due to its current price of $21.66, which is significantly below the analyst price target of $30-$34. The stock has an RSI of 24.797, indicating it is oversold, but the recent performance shows a 59.74% decline over the past year, which raises concerns about its recovery potential. The company's gross margin has improved to 87.70% in the latest quarter, but the net income remains negative at -83,576,000 USD. The main risk is its high volatility, with a historical volatility of 76.15%, which could lead to further price declines in the near term.

TOM LEE: BITMINE WILL STOP ACCUMULATING ETH AFTER REACHING THE 5% SUPPLY CAP Speaking at TOKEN2049, Tom Lee said BitMine has set a holding cap at 5% of Ethereum's total supply and will stop accumulating once that threshold is reached. According to Lee, Vitalik Buterin once suggested the company keep its holdings at 5%. At the time of speaking, BitMine held about 6 million ETH, equal to 4.9% of supply. The company needs to buy only about 100,000 more ETH to reach the target. The original accumulation plan was expected to last 5 years, but BitMine has come close to the target in just over a year, and the entire process took place during a bear market. If the cap is reached, BitMine will no longer keep buying ETH as it did before. However, the actual impact still depends on market conditions and whether the company adjusts its strategy. Note: Tom Lee's market views and forecasts usually lean toward optimistic scenarios. Investors should treat them as reference information, not as the sole basis for decisions.

It’s time again for Tom Lee to keep buying and locking. BitMine has staked another 159,728 $ETH, about $390 million, bringing its total staked amount to over 5.227 million ETH, about $12.8 billion. At the current staking reward rate of 2.56%, BitMine’s annual yield is about $327 million, which should be enough to cover all expenses. That means BitMine’s more than 5 million ETH has largely exited the secondary market sell side, which is good for selling pressure. On the flip side, if it ever decides to sell one day in the future, the consequences are hard to imagine. By the way, is Tom Lee planning to grow old together with $ETH? 🤣

$ETH is currently around $2,491, up about 1% over the past 24 hours. Drivers: a broad rebound in risk assets plus a short squeeze — roughly $27M in ETH short positions were liquidated today. On-chain, according to Bitwise's October 20 report, staked ETH just hit a record 43.8 million tokens (35.9% of supply); treasury buyer Bitmine added about 12,500 ETH last week, bringing its holdings to roughly 6.04 million ETH. Drags: U.S. spot Ether ETF outflows in October just surpassed $1.08 billion — the largest single-month outflow in 2026 — yet price has held firm. Watch: the $2,500 psychological level, and the Glamsterdam upgrade's Hoodi testnet activating on October 26. #ethereum
