Bridger Aerospace Enters Aircraft Services Agreement with Metatek, Estimated Revenue of $58M
Bridger Aerospace announced it has entered into an aircraft services agreement with Metatek Group. Bridger will provide dedicated aircraft availability, modification, maintenance, and operational services in support of Metatek's global airborne geophysical sensor survey operations. Under the agreement, Bridger will modify, operate, and maintain a fleet of three Basler BT-67 turbine-converted aircraft, each configured to Metatek's specifications to support onboard sensor and mission equipment. Each aircraft carries an initial five-year term, automatically extended for an additional five years unless either party provides timely notice of non-renewal. Based on the contractual terms applicable to the first aircraft, the company estimates that the agreement may generate aggregate gross revenue attributable to that aircraft of approximately $58M over its initial five-year term and assumed five-year extension. This estimate comprises aircraft modification fees, fixed monthly availability fees, and flight-hour charges at contractually committed minimum utilization levels. It assumes full commitment, timely induction of the first aircraft, and continuation through the extension term. The estimate represents aggregate revenue across these services over the assumed ten-year period.

Bridger Aerospace Awarded Task Order by U.S. Department of the Interior
Bridger Aerospace announced it has been awarded a task order by the U.S. Department of the Interior to deploy a King Air 350 equipped with Bridger's most advanced Multi-Mission Aircraft capabilities. Following months of extensive modifications completed at Bridger's FAA-certified repair station, supported by the engineering expertise of the company's Huntsville team, the aircraft has been deployed under a 112-day task order to provide advanced situational awareness in support of wildfire and other emergency operations across the United States.
Bridger Aerospace Secures 320-Day Task Orders from US Forest Service
Bridger Aerospace Group Holdings has received two separate 160-day task orders from the US Forest Service, each for two of its CL-415EAF "Super Scooper" aircraft. The first task order started Friday, May 8, the day the order was received, with the second task order ensuring coverage into the fourth quarter of 2026. The task orders add 40 days per aircraft over last year's 120 guaranteed flying days, a total of 160 days for the four Super Scoopers. Task orders represent at least $30M in Standby Revenue for 2026.
Bridger Aerospace Reports Q1 Revenue of $8.5M
Reports Q1 revenue $8.5M, consensus $17.3M. "We entered 2026 focused on ensuring our industry-leading fleet was fully prepared for what we expect to be a very active fire season. We achieved our earliest-ever mobilization of a multi-mission aircraft, with flight activity beginning in February in Oklahoma. Our continued emphasis on year-round readiness drove typical first-quarter investments in winter maintenance and flight training, positioning us to ramp revenue as fire activity increases," said Sam Davis, Chief Executive Officer of Bridger Aerospace. "Looking ahead, early indicators point to elevated wildfire risk, driven by historically low snowpack in the West and widespread drought conditions across much of the country. We believe these dynamics have yet to fully manifest, as fuel build-up and fire severity continue to develop. March was the warmest on record in the U.S. in 132 years, underscoring the urgency of the environment we are operating in. Against this backdrop, Bridger stands ready to protect lives, property, and the environment."
