AIRO Group Partners with Calogy Solutions to Design New Drone Battery System
AIRO Group Holdings announced that Jaunt Air Mobility has selected Calogy Solutions to design the battery system for its recently unveiled next-generation hybrid-electric, JC-250 and JX-250 VTOL drone variants. By integrating innovative battery engineering and thermal management technology, Jaunt continues to advance a platform engineered for safe, reliable, and high-performance operation in demanding environments. Calogy Solutions will develop the battery system using its proprietary Uni.T passive air-cooling technology, which delivers liquid-cooling performance without the weight and complexity of traditional liquid-cooled systems. The lightweight architecture is designed to support reliable operation across a wide range of environmental conditions while helping mitigate thermal runaway propagation to enhance overall system safety. Jaunt Air Mobility is a core business segment of AIRO, focused on the development of next-generation vertical takeoff and landing aircraft for defense and dual-use applications.

Airo Group Completes Major UAS Order Delivery
Airo Group announced the successful delivery of a major unmanned aircraft systems, or UAS, order to a global defense customer, completed during Q2. The RQ-35 Heidrun is a fixed-wing UAS with onboard mission-centric AI which supports detection, recognition and identification.
AIRO Group's RQ-35 Receives Blue UAS Certification
Airo Group's RQ-35 Heidrun, developed through its drone brand, Sky-Watch, has been granted Blue UAS status by the Defense Contract Management Agency, or DCMA. With this approval, the RQ-35 is recognized by the Department of War as a secure, compliant unmanned aircraft system eligible for government and defense acquisition under NDAA requirements. Blue UAS designation confirms that a system meets DoW criteria for secure design, trusted supply chain sourcing, and reliable mission performance. For the RQ-35 Heidrun, this status establishes eligibility for defense and government acquisition. Blue UAS certification accelerates the company's ability to compete for and secure U.S. defense contracts. To meet U.S. demand, AIRO recently opened a manufacturing facility in Phoenix, Arizona, which serves as its primary domestic hub for production, delivery, and lifecycle support. The facility is expected to reach full operational capacity later this year.
AIRO Group Holdings Completes Unmanned Aircraft Order Delivery
AIRO Group Holdings announced the delivery of an unmanned aircraft systems order. This marks the first operational deployment of its Zentra camera offering, included on the RQ-35 Heidrun. The delivery was completed during Q2.
