Above Food aims for over $30 million in profit by the end of FY January 1, 2026.

Above Food reports that audit is nearing completion.

Following the strategic appointment of a new auditor with specialized expertise in digital asset tokenization and stablecoin infrastructure, the company's audit is progressing toward completion and the targeted filing of its Form 20-F by December 12, 2025. At this time, the company has not applied for the additional 180-day extension available under Nasdaq rules.

Above Food Ingredients acknowledged receipt of a formal notification from The Nasdaq Stock Market LLC regarding non-compliance with Listing Rule 5450(b)(3)(C), regarding minimum market value of publicly held shares. The company said it is very pleased that this condition has been met as of May 27, 2025.
