Zenvia Receives Nasdaq Warning for Price Below $1
Zenvia "received a written notice from the Listing Qualifications Department of The Nasdaq Stock Market LLC indicating that, based upon the closing bid price of the Company's Class A common shares for the 30 previous consecutive business days, it no longer met Nasdaq's minimum bid price requirement of US$1 per share, as set forth by Nasdaq Listing Rules 5550(a)(2) and 5810(c)(3)(A). This current report is filed pursuant to Nasdaq Listing Rule 5810(b)."
Zenvia Spins Off CPaaS Business to Enhance Efficiency
Zenvia announced another step in its current strategic cycle focused on expanding its SaaS solutions. The initiative involves simplifying operations through the spin-off of the CPaaS business unit and the reorganization of the executive board, effective as of December 1. Although Zenvia CPaaS will operate under a separate corporate tax ID number and have its own governance structure, it will remain a wholly owned subsidiary of Zenvia Inc. The strategic separation of the business units aims to enable more effective management of the different operating models and ensure greater efficiency in capital allocation.
Zenvia Executives Depart: HR and Tech Leadership Transition
Zenvia announced that Katiuscia Teixeira, Chief Human Resources Officer, and Lilian Lima, Chief Technology Officer, will be leaving the company. Piero Rosatelli, Chief Financial and Investor Relations Officer, will permanently assume leadership of the Human Resources Department, while Gilsinei Hansen, Chief Revenue Officer, will also permanently take over leadership of the Technology Department. Both will continue reporting to Cassio Bobsin, Zenvia's founder and CEO.
Zenvia Names Piero Rosatelli as Chief Financial Officer and Investor Relations Officer
Zenvia announced the election of Piero Rosatelli as Zenvia's new CFO and Investor Relations Officer. Rosatelli succeeds Shay Chor as Zenvia's CFO and IRO. Rosatelli was one of the managing partners of Oria Capital, and has already resigned from his role as Zenvia's board member.
Zenvia reports Q2 revenue BRL 231.2M vs. BRL 192.9M last year
Reports Q2 adjusted EBITDA BRL 33.6M vs. BRL 14.9M last year. Total number of active customers decreased to 11,800 in Q2.
