Wiley Launches Spectral Analysis API Portfolio

Wiley announced the launch of its spectral analysis application programming interface portfolio, providing users with a new, faster way to access its trusted spectral data, analytical algorithms, and predictive models-within their own workflows. The company said, "Wiley has one of the most comprehensive and trusted collections of scientific reference databases in the world, relied upon as a gold standard for identifying unknown chemical compounds by laboratories, instrument vendors, and software platforms across pharmaceuticals, forensics, environmental science, chemicals, food, materials, and other fields. The new portfolio extends the data and tools into modern, API-driven environments-allowing users to integrate high-quality spectral intelligence directly into their own systems and workflows."

Wiley Joins U.S. Department of Energy's Genesis Mission Consortium

Wiley announced its membership in the Genesis Mission Consortium, the public-private partnership supporting the U.S. Department of Energy's, DOE, Genesis Mission. Wiley is the only scientific publisher among the consortium's members and has been invited to demonstrate its work at the Genesis Mission Annual Summit in Washington, D.C. As a consortium member, Wiley plans to make its research intelligence tools available to researchers at all DOE national laboratories and will offer DOE leadership and industry partners an early look at potential applications at today's Summit.

Wiley Declares Quarterly Cash Dividend of $0.3575 per Share

Wiley announced that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.3575 per share on its Class A and Class B Common Stock, payable on July 23, 2026, to shareholders of record on July 7, 2026. The quarterly dividend is equivalent to an annual dividend of $1.43 per share, an increase from $1.42 per share in Fiscal 2026. It is Wiley's 33rd consecutive annual increase.
