Winmark names Lisa Hake as Chief Marketing Officer
Winmark Corporation announced that Lisa Hake will be joining the company as its Chief Marketing Officer, effective October 1st. She most recently served as Vice President of Marketing & Communications at Great Clips.
Winmark raises dividend 6c to 96c per share
Winmark announced that its board of directors has approved an increase in its regular quarterly cash dividend to shareholders. The quarterly dividend of 96c per share represents an increase of 6c from its previous dividend rate. The cash dividend will be paid June 2 to shareholders of record on the close of business on May 14.
Winmark reports Q1 EPS $2.71 vs. $2.41 last year
Reports Q1 revenue $21.92M vs. 20.11M last year. Q1 results included $2.2M of leasing income due to the settlement of outstanding customer litigation, the company noted. Brett Heffes, Chair and Chief Executive Officer, said: "The run-off of our leasing portfolio announced in May of 2021 is substantially complete."
Winmark announces 90c quarterly dividend, $7.50 per share special dividend
Winmark announced today that its board of directors has approved the payment of a quarterly cash dividend to shareholders of 90c per share, to be paid on December 2 to shareholders of record on the close of business on November 13. Additionally, the board has approved the payment of a special dividend to shareholders. The special dividend of $7.50 per share will be paid on December 2 to shareholders of record on the close of business on November 13. "The total amount of the special dividend will be approximately $26.4M based on the current number of shares outstanding. It is anticipated that Winmark will use cash on hand to finance the special dividend. Future dividends will be subject to board approval," the company stated.
