Q2 Revenue $308.9M Beats Expectations, CEO Raises Full-Year Guidance
Reports Q2 revenue $308.9M, consensus $297.5M. "We delivered another solid quarter in Q2, outperforming the top end of our guidance for both revenue and Adjusted EBITDA. As a result, we are raising the midpoint of our full-year revenue guidance," said Co-Founder and CEO, Bryce Maddock. "Our momentum was anchored by approximately 26% growth in AI Services and continued diversification of our client base through strong mid-teens growth from clients other than our largest client. TaskUs Appoints Rishabh Khemka as CFO
TaskUs announced the appointment of Rishabh Khemka as Chief Financial Officer, effective June 19, 2026. Trent Thrash, who has served as Interim Chief Financial Officer since March 2026, will continue in his role as Senior Vice President of Corporate Development, Investor Relations and Treasury, reporting to Mr. Khemka. "Rishabh joins TaskUs at a very exciting time as we expand our AI-enabled service offerings," said Bryce Maddock, CEO of TaskUs. "Following a thoughtful search process, his appointment will strengthen the TaskUs leadership team with a seasoned CFO who combines deep financial expertise with a proven track record of scaling global technology services businesses. We continue to see significant traction from our specialized offerings focused on AI Safety, AI model training and maintenance, and Robotics and Autonomous Vehicle support. For the sixth quarter in a row, AI Services revenue growth exceeded 30%," said Co-Founder and CEO, Bryce Maddock.
