SiriusPoint Appoints Rachel Winoski as Chief Human Resources Officer
SiriusPoint announced the appointment of Rachel Winoski as chief human resources officer, effective October 5. Winoski will be based in New York and will join the executive leadership team, reporting to CEO, Scott Egan. She joins SiriusPoint from AXA XL, where she served as chief HR officer for the Americas. Winoski succeeds Sarah Smith, who has served as interim chief human resources officer since April.

Reports Q2 revenue $744.1M vs. $748.2M last year. Reports Q2 tangible book value per share $17.98. Scott Egan, Chief Executive Officer, said: "Our second quarter and half year results are strong and reflect our continuing progress, the strength of our diverse and low-volatility portfolio, and our approach to capital management."
Scott Egan: Q2 Revenue $744.1 Million
Reports Q2 revenue $744.1M vs $748.2M last year. Scott Egan, Chief Executive Officer, said: "Our second quarter and half year results are strong and reflect our continuing progress, the strength of our diverse and low-volatility portfolio, and our approach to capital management. The second quarter Core combined ratio of 91.4% contributes to a half year result of 90.1%, a 2.3 point improvement on prior year. Our half year operating return on equity of 14.7% is at the upper end of our 12-15% across the cycle target range. Premiums in our Insurance & Services business grew 15% in the second quarter. We have both the capability and agility to target and grow in attractive areas while pulling back where we don't see adequate returns for the risk we take, as evidenced by our reduction in Reinsurance premiums of 9%."
SiriusPoint Appoints Emily Yoo as COO
SiriusPoint announced the appointment of Emily Yoo as COO, a newly created role, effective August 10. Yoo will be based in New York. She will join SiriusPoint's executive leadership team with responsibility for technology, claims, transformation and operational excellence. Most recently, Yoo led global operations, technology and transformation within Zurich's travel insurance business.
SiriusPoint Restructures Business into Four Divisions
SiriusPoint announced changes to its business structure as part of the next phase of the Company's evolution. SiriusPoint will now operate through four business areas, including three globally focused P&Ls: Global P&C Programs, Global Reinsurance, Global Accident & Health, and a London Market Specialty division, which includes Lloyd's. SiriusPoint will combine its existing North America and International Programs businesses into one single Global P&C Programs division, which will be led by Patrick Charles, Global Head of P&C Programs. The new division reflects the Company's commitment to the programs space, further strengthening its offering to clients and distribution partners globally. SiriusPoint's new London Market Specialty division reflects the strategic importance of its London platform, including Syndicate 1945, and reinforces the Company's commitment to grow specialty business in London. SiriusPoint's London Casualty, Energy, Property, and Marine leaders will form part of the new London Market Specialty division, which will be led by David Govrin, President, in addition to his current responsibilities as CEO Global Reinsurance. As part of the changes, Rob Gibbs will be leaving SiriusPoint.
