Ontrak reports Q1 EPS ($1.65) vs. ($1.65) last year
Reports Q1 revenue $2.0M vs. $2.7M last year. Ontrak reports Q4 EPS ($9.29) vs. ($4.02) last year
Reports Q4 revenue $3.1M vs. $3.5M last year. Total enrolled members in our WholeHealth+ program numbered 1,409 at the end of Q4 2024, compared to 1,953 at the end of Q3 2024 and 1,758 at the end of Q4 2023. Total enrolled members in Ontrak Engage, one of the segmented solutions within WholeHealth+ which we began offering on an a la carte basis in Q2 2024, numbered 716 at the end of Q4 2024, compared to 112 at the end of Q3 2024. Brandon LaVerne, CEO, stated, "We're pleased with our progress in securing new customers, expanding existing relationships and building our pipeline. The launch of our WholeHealth+ solution with Intermountain Health is off to a strong start, and we're seeing encouraging engagement with the Northeast Regional Plan. Ontrak secures Medicaid provider designation in two new states
Ontrak announced that a new affiliated practice association has secured official Medicaid designation in two new states. The first is a midwestern state, as talks continue with a large Midwestern Health Plan regarding the potential implementation of its WholeHealth+ solution in their region. The second is a southeastern state that will enable enhancing its solutions for one of its customers and future prospects.
Ontrak extends strategic partnership with Sentara Health Plans in Virginia
Ontrak announced it has signed an extension of its strategic partnership with Sentara Health Plans in the Commonwealth of Virginia for an additional three years, through December 2027. Sentara Health Plans is the health plan division of Sentara Health, an integrated, not-for-profit health care delivery system. This extension follows three successful expansions throughout 2024, including the expansion of WholeHealth+ to a larger Commercial membership, introduction of Ontrak's Engage solution to Sentara Health Plans' Commercial fully insured and self-funded members, as well as the Marketplace membership.
