Pacs Group Acquires 32 Skilled Nursing Facilities in Florida
Pacs Group announced that subsidiaries of the company have entered into definitive agreements to acquire the operations of 32 skilled nursing facilities across Florida. The facilities will be leased from subsidiaries of one of the company's existing REIT landlords, Omega Healthcare Investors (OHI). "Entering a new state and expanding into a dynamic new market is an exciting opportunity for Pacs. Florida represents an attractive, high-growth market that aligns with our long-term strategy of expanding into areas with strong demographic demand and opportunities to enhance care delivery," said Jason Murray, Pacs Chairman and CEO. "We look forward to serving these communities, supporting our local teams, and building upon the strong operational foundation already in place while bringing PACS's culture, values and commitment to localized care." The transaction is expected to close in the fourth quarter, subject to customary conditions and contingencies.
Board Declares Quarterly Cash Dividend of $0.68 per Share
On July 23, the board of directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of 68c per share, increasing the quarterly dividend on its common stock by 1c per share over the previous quarter. The dividend is payable August 14 to common stockholders of record as of the close of business on August 3.

The company's expected 2026 adjusted FFO range is between $3.22 to $3.26 per diluted share compared to the previous range of $3.19 and $3.25 per diluted share.
Omega Reports Q2 Revenue of $328.25M
Reports Q2 revenue $328.25M vs. $282.51M last year. Taylor Pickett, Omega's Chief Executive Officer, stated, "We are pleased to report strong second quarter results, with FAD per share up 6.3% over the same quarter last year. This reflects our continued accretive investment activity, augmented by active portfolio management. As a result, we were again able to increase our AFFO guidance, moving the midpoint up by two cents to $3.24."
Omega Healthcare Announces Cash Dividend of $0.68 per Share
Omega Healthcare Investors announced that the company's Board of Directors declared a cash dividend of 68c per share, increasing the quarterly dividend on its common stock by 1c per share over the previous quarter. The dividend is payable Friday, August 14, 2026, to common stockholders of record as of the close of business on Monday, August 3, 2026. Taylor Pickett, Omega's Chief Executive Officer, stated, "We are pleased to announce an increase in our quarterly dividend. This increase reflects both the meaningful growth in our FAD per share in recent quarters, as well as our expectation of further operating growth in the coming years. Prior to the pandemic, we enjoyed seventeen straight years of dividend growth. It has been an important element of our shareholder value proposition. We know that both the dividend itself and its growth are important to our investors, and we are grateful to be able to reward investor patience with what we believe is a return to a consistent dividend growth policy."
