Navitas Unveils 24 kW 800 V DC-DC Power Delivery Board
Navitas Semiconductor (NVTS) announced its latest 24 kW, 800 V-to-12 V DC-DC power delivery board, or PDB, powered by GaNFast technology and developed in collaboration with Nvidia (NVDA), to support the Nvidia MGX ecosystem and advance 800 VDC power architectures for AI data centers. The new PDB is planned to be featured on Nvidia's AI Factory MGX Wall partner display area at OCP Global Summit 2026. This latest 24 kW, 800 V-to-12 V PDB extends Navitas' portfolio of 800 VDC AI data-center platforms, building on the previously announced 20 kW, 800 V-to-6 V PDB developed in collaboration with Nvidia.
Navitas and Microchip Collaborate on 800V DC Reference Design
Navitas Semiconductor (NVTS) and Microchip (MCHP) have collaborated on an 800V DC-to-6V DC reference design for AI data center rack power applications. The platform combines Microchip's digital power control and security technologies with Navitas' GaNFast gallium nitride power devices to give developers a practical path to implement high-efficiency power conversion aligned with the Open Compute Project 800V DC standard. Complete with reference hardware, software and design documentation, the solution helps reduce design risk, shorten development cycles and accelerate deployment of next-generation AI infrastructure.
