Company Lowers FY26 Revenue Outlook to $41.3B-$42.5B

Backs FY26 capital expenditures view $1.5B-$1.6B. The company said, "The Company is updating its outlook for Full Year 2026. Compared to our previous Outlook, Sales have been updated primarily to reflect unfavourable foreign currency translation resulting from a stronger U.S. dollar and the earlier-than-expected completion of the Lighting and Rooftop Systems divestitures. Magna is increasing its Outlook for Adjusted EBIT Margin, Adjusted EPS, and Free Cash Flow, reflecting strong first-half results and expectations for continued solid execution through the remainder of the year."
