LiveWire Announces Arrival of First S4 Honcho Trail Motorcycles in the U.S.
LiveWire announced the arrival of the first production S4 Honcho Trail motorcycles in the United States, marking the beginning of the company's first mini-moto platform rollout across its U.S. dealer network. Additional S4 Honcho Trail shipments will continue arriving at U.S. dealerships as inventory builds, with S4 Honcho Street following soon. The Honcho rollout will also expand internationally this fall, with the platform set to arrive in select European markets.

LiveWire Group announced that on July 23, 2026, it had received a deficiency letter from the New York Stock Exchange, NYSE, notifying the Company that it is not in compliance with applicable price criteria in the NYSE's continued listing standards because as of July 22, 2026, the average closing price of the Company's Common Stock was less than $1.00 per share over a consecutive 30 trading-day period. The Notice has no immediate impact on the listing of the Common Stock on the NYSE, subject to the Company's compliance with the NYSE's other continued listing requirements.
