S&P 500 Ends Three-Day Gain as 10-Year Treasury Yield Hits New High
S&P 500 broke a string of three consecutive gaining sessions, backing away from yesterday's record highs. Investors took greater caution as the yield on the 10-year Treasury note hit a fresh 24-year high of 5.36% before relatively strong demand in today's 10-year auction drove that rate back down to 5.28%, driving some relief into the equity space.Healthcare was the best-performing sector in the S&P 500 on Wednesday while Basic Materials and Industrials were the two worst areas of the market. Precious metals stocks were also weighed down by multi-week lows in Gold and Silver prices. Tech was mixed again, with profit-taking among some of the biggest cybersecurity names that had seen record highs overnight, as Palo Alto Networksfell 3% and CrowdStrikefell 5% . Computer hardware names were generally higher however, paced by 4% gains in Everpure. Also of note, Micronrebounded to post 4% gains after opening the day 3% lower due to labor action in Taiwan.Check out this evening's top movers from around Wall Street, compiled by The Fly.HIGHER AFTER EARNINGS -Applied Digitalup 4.1%Richardson Electronicsup 1.8%ALSO HIGHER -Wolfspeedup 20.8% after announcing a $1.5B 30-year loan from Department of WarvTv Therapeuticsup 5.5% after securing Orphan Drug Designation for HPPDLattice Semiconductorup 2.0% after announcing Arm collaboration on AI data center infrastructureDOWN AFTER EARNINGS -Resources Connectiondown 12.6%Levi Straussdown 1.6%ALSO LOWER -MicroVision.down 7.2% after FY26 outlookONE Gasdown 1.4% after downgrade to Hold at JefferiesCostco Wholesaledown 0.3% after September SSS data

Digital Turbine Shares Rise 24.3% After Earnings
Stock futures were mixed following this week's already sharp gains after another slate of big earnings reports. While SpaceX slipped after its first report as a public company, gains from Booking, Arista, and others weighed on futures. Crude oil futures were also lower amid optimism over a potential U.S.-Iran deal to reopen the Strait of Hormuz.Check out this evening's top movers from around Wall Street, compiled by The Fly.HIGHER AFTER EARNINGS -Digital Turbineup 24.3%Travere Therapeuticsup 12.4%Arista Networksup 9.2%Ultragenyxup 6.4%Bookingup 5.7%Wynn Resortsup 5.5%Paylocityup 3.4%ALSO HIGHER -Sight Sciencesup 9.6% after receiving FDA 510clearance of the Omni Ultra Surgical SystemDOWN AFTER EARNINGS -Teradatadown 18.4%ViaSatdown 9.5%Chemoursdown 9.4%Match Groupdown 9.1%Pinterestdown 9.1%AMDdown 8.7%Lucid Groupdown 7.8%DaVitadown 7.3%SpaceXdown 7.2%Lattice Semiconductordown 6.5%Coupangdown 6.1%
Lattice Semiconductor Completes Acquisition of AMI
Lattice Semiconductor announced the completion of its acquisition of AMI. First announced on May 4, the acquisition creates the industry's most complete secure management and control platform. The acquisition is expected to be accretive to gross margin, free cash flow, and earnings per share on a non-GAAP basis, and supports Lattice's trajectory toward a $1B or greater annual revenue run rate by end of 2026. The combination brings together Lattice's low power FPGA expertise and AMI's platform firmware and infrastructure manageability technology for cloud and AI, significantly expanding Lattice's capability, scale, customer set, and addressable market. As one company, they serve the critical convergence of hardware and firmware required by hyperscalers, OEMs, ODMs, and neocloud providers to address the escalating security, power, and performance demands of modern AI infrastructure. AMI will operate as a dedicated business unit within Lattice Semiconductor under the name AMI, a Lattice Company. The AMI business unit will continue to be led by long-time AMI CEO, Sanjoy Maity, reporting directly to CEO Ford Tamer, and focused on delivering leadership platform firmware and infrastructure manageability innovation for cloud and AI.
