Liquidity Services Completes $80M Acquisition of Auction Holdings
Liquidity Services announced that it has completed the acquisition of Auction Holdings, which operates Invaluable, AuctionZip, and RFC Auction Systems, leading online marketplace and technology platforms serving auction houses, collectors and buyers in the collectibles, fine art, antiques, jewelry, decorative arts, and estate markets. Liquidity Services acquired the businesses for a base purchase price of $80M in cash, on a debt-free, cash-free basis, subject to customary adjustments, funded with cash on hand. The acquisition is expected to be accretive to the company's GAAP and non-GAAP adjusted diluted EPS in FY27.
Liquidity Services Appoints Karen Fascenda as New CHRO
Liquidity Services announced the appointment of Karen Fascenda as its new Chief Human Resources Officer, effective July 6, 2026. Fascenda succeeds Novelette Murray who will retire from the same role effective July 6, 2026, following a distinguished tenure leading the Company's global human resources function. Karen Fascenda joins Liquidity Services as CHRO, bringing more than 20 years of experience in human capital strategies supporting high growth e-commerce, technology and business services enterprises.

Liquidity Services Reports Q1 Revenue of $121.2M
Reports Q1 revenue $121.2M vs. $122.3M last year. Reports Q1 GMV $398.0M, a 3% increase from $386.1M in 1Q25. "We delivered a strong start to fiscal 2026 with profitability ahead of expectations, reflecting the strong buyer and seller participation within our marketplace platform. Our Retail segment's strong performance was driven by growing multi-channel buyer participation, while GovDeals and our CAG heavy equipment category benefited from continued momentum in market share expansion. We also continued to drive operating leverage throughout our business through the smart deployment of AI and automation to improve efficiency, strengthen decision making, and elevate our customer experience. During the quarter we also leveraged our Software Solutions segment's auction software suite of services to support the successful launch of our Retail Rush consumer auction channel. With a healthy pipeline entering the second quarter, we remain confident in our ability to deliver year-over-year growth and create long-term value for customers and shareholders," said Bill Angrick, CEO of Liquidity Services.
Liquidity Services announces Q4 adjusted EPS of 37 cents, up from 32 cents a year ago.
Reports Q4 revenue $118.1M vs. $106.9M last year. Q4 GMV was $404.5M, a 12% increase from $361.0M in 4Q24.
