Greg Kidd to acquire controlling interest in Know Labs

Upon closing, Kidd will become CEO and Chairman of the Board. The transaction, unanimously approved by Know Labs' board, is expected to close in Q3, subject to shareholder approval and closing conditions. Founder Ron Erickson will serve as president of a new division and Vice Chairman of the Board.
Know Labs announces NYSE removal of trading suspension
Know Labs announced that the staff of NYSE Regulation has withdrawn its delisting determination and will be lifting the trading suspension of the company's common stock on the NYSE American. The NYSE Regulation staff determined that the company's common stock was now trading above the threshold of low selling price as described in Section 1003 of the NYSE American. The Know Labs common stock is expected to resume trading on the NYSE American on Wednesday, March 5.
NYSE American to commence delisting proceedings against Know Labs
NYSE American announced that the staff of NYSE Regulation has determined to commence proceedings to delist the common stock of Know Labs - ticker symbol KNW - from NYSE American. Trading in the company's common stock will be suspended immediately. "NYSE Regulation has determined that the company is no longer suitable for listing pursuant to Section 1003(f)(v) of the NYSE American Company Guide due to the low selling price of the common stock. The company has a right to a review of the staff's determination to delist the common stock by the Listings Qualifications Panel of the Committee for Review of the Board of Directors of the Exchange. The NYSE American will apply to the Securities and Exchange Commission to delist the company's common stock upon completion of all applicable procedures, including any appeal by the company of the NYSE Regulation staff's decision," the exchange stated.
Know Labs names John Cronin interim CTO, Dominic Klyve chief science officer
Know Labs announced two additions to its executive leadership team. The new executives are John Cronin and Dominic Klyve. John Cronin joins the day-to-day team as interim CTO. Previously, Cronin was elected as a member of the company's board. Dominic Klyve, a long-time consultant and previous employee of the company, joins as chief science officer. Klyve previously served as lead data scientist at Know Labs.
