Knowles Partners with Elucent Medical to Produce Smart Surgical Guidance Device
Knowles announced an agreement to produce Elucent Medical's smart surgical guidance device for use with its EnVisio In-Body Spatial IntelligenceTM System. Leveraging Knowles' micro molding capabilities and using a design-for-manufacturability, or DFM, optimization approach, Knowles worked with Elucent to iterate designs, identify tolerance and material improvement opportunities, and provide guidance throughout product design, development, and launch of their surgical guidance device.

Our revenue growth was complemented by substantial gross margin expansion resulting in significant year-over-year EPS growth. We have numerous new design wins ramping across multiple end markets and a very healthy backlog of existing orders, positioning us well to continue to deliver year over year organic revenue and adjusted EBITDA growth in 2026 above the high-end of our annual growth targets as presented in our May 2025 investor day."

Our full year cash provided by operating activities was robust as we generated $114 million or 19.2% of revenues allowing us to further reduce our debt and continue to buy back shares," commented Jeffrey Niew, President, and CEO of Knowles.
