Kodiak Reports Q2 Revenue of $391.12M, Beating Consensus

Reports Q2 revenue $391.12M, consensus $383M. "Our second quarter results highlight the strength of both our established Compression Infrastructure business and the growing momentum of our Power Infrastructure platform," said Mickey McKee, Kodiak's President and Chief Executive Officer. "In Compression Infrastructure, we delivered another record quarter as strong demand for large horsepower compression continued to drive improvements in pricing and utilization. Combined with our ongoing focus on technology-enabled efficiency and cost discipline, these market dynamics enabled us to achieve our second consecutive quarter of 70% adjusted gross margins in our Compression Infrastructure segment. With strong visibility into future U.S. natural gas production growth and a tight supply environment for compression equipment, we remain highly constructive on the long-term outlook for our contract compression business."
