iPower Signs Five-Year AI Equipment Services LOI
iPower announced that its wholly owned subsidiary, iPower AI, has received a customer-signed, non-binding letter of intent for a five-year AI equipment services and management relationship. The proposed engagement marks a step forward in iPower's transformation into an AI infrastructure and services company. The customer has identified an initial fleet of 48 AI computing equipment units and expects to expand to approximately 396 units in total during 2027. At the proposed fee of $4,608 per unit per month, assuming the full build out, the target fleet would represent up to approximately $1.82M in monthly service fees, or up to $21.9M on an annualized basis for five years. The initial 48 units would represent approximately $2.65M in annualized fees, or $13.27M if all 48 remain billable for the full 60-month cooperation period.

iPower Signs LOI for $6M GPU System Lease
iPower announced that it has signed a non-binding letter of intent with a prospective customer for the proposed lease of dedicated high-performance GPU computer systems. The proposed initial deployment would involve GPU systems with an expected acquisition value of approximately $6M and an anticipated lease term of approximately 36 months following installation and acceptance, with the potential to expand to approximately $60M in aggregate contemplated contract value, including the initial phase, following a successful initial deployment. Under the proposed structure, iPower or its designated subsidiary would acquire the GPU systems, retain ownership of the equipment and lease the systems to the prospective customer for exclusive use at a mutually agreed data center. The model is designed to provide customers with access to dedicated AI computing infrastructure while allowing iPower to seek lease revenue from Company-owned hardware assets. "This signed LOI moves our AI hardware leasing strategy from preliminary customer interest to a specific potential transaction," said Lawrence Tan, Chief Executive Officer of iPower. "The contemplated $6M initial deployment will provide a meaningful starting point, while the potential expansion demonstrates the scale this model may offer following successful execution.
