Ibex Authorizes Up to $20M Share Repurchase
Ibex announced that its board of directors has authorized a share repurchase program, under which the company may repurchase up to $20M of its common stock during the next 12 months.

ibex announced the appointment of Michael Ringman as Chief Technology Officer, CTO. Ringman brings to ibex more than 25 years of technology leadership experience with both TTEC and Telus Digital.
Ibex projects FY26 revenue between $590M and $610M, surpassing consensus estimate of $575.67M.
Sees FY26 adjusted EBITDA $75M-$79M. Sees FY26 capital expenditures $20M-$25M. The company said, "Our continued strong financial results and healthy balance sheet are enabling strategic investments in our growing AI capabilities and sales resources, as well as further expansion into strategic markets and in our top performing geographies. Importantly, with the backdrop of a fluid market environment, we maintain continued confidence in the business to provide the following guidance on growth in the first quarter and fiscal year 2026."
Ibex Projects Q1 Revenue Between $143M and $146M, Exceeding Consensus of $136.85M
Sees Q1 adjusted EBITDA $17.5M-$19M. "We achieved outstanding top and strong bottom line results during fiscal year 2025 allowing us to enter fiscal 2026 with great momentum. We delivered a multi-year high top-line performance with 10% revenue growth for the year and 18% for the fourth quarter. Our adjusted EPS of $2.75 for fiscal 2025, was up 31% over the prior year, and was a record for our business. The fourth quarter of fiscal 2025 was also our strongest quarter ever in generating free cash flow of $23 million," said Taylor Greenwald, CFO of ibex.
