Reports Q2 revenue $465.6M, consensus $448.97M. "Led by strong organic growth across all three segments, we achieved record revenues before reimbursable expenses in the second quarter of 2026, reflecting a 16% increase compared to the second quarter of 2025, including record RBR across our Consulting and Managed Services and Digital capabilities," said Mark Hussey, chief executive officer and president of Huron. Huron Appoints Shoshana Vernick to Board of Directors
Huron announced Shoshana Vernick was elected to its Board of Directors. Vernick is co-founder and managing partner of Avathon Capital, a private equity firm focused on investments across the education and knowledge services sector, where she has overseen 16 platform investments since founding the firm in 2016. The appointment of Ms. Vernick to Huron's board advances Huron's commitment to its periodic board refreshment process and brings the size of the board to nine members.
Huron Acquires RelateCare to Strengthen Healthcare Services
Huron has acquired RelateCare, a provider of AI-enabled clinical and patient access solutions. The company said, "The acquisition strengthens Huron's ability to deliver differentiated, comprehensive healthcare managed services to improve patient access and facilitate care coordination...RelateCare's proven model combines clinical expertise with advanced technology to deliver an integrated model that supports health systems from patient scheduling through clinical triage, while improving patient and clinician engagement. These capabilities further strengthen Huron's healthcare industry expertise and managed services offerings...The combination of Huron and RelateCare enhances how the firm supports healthcare organizations across the patient access journey, improving access and throughput, elevating patient and clinician experiences, and delivering measurable operational and financial performance." For reporting purposes, RelateCare will be included in Huron's Healthcare operating segment within its consulting and managed services capability. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

"Revenues before reimbursable expenses (RBR) increased 12% in the first quarter of 2026 compared to 2025, driven by growth across the Healthcare, Education, and Commercial segments, including record RBR performance in Healthcare," said Mark Hussey, chief executive officer and president of Huron. "We also continued our trajectory of margin expansion during the quarter, reflecting disciplined execution by our highly talented team. We are encouraged by the strong start to the year and strength of our pipeline and backlog as we affirm our annual RBR and margin guidance.
