Expanse Studios, a B2B iGaming content provider and subsidiary of Golden Matrix Group, has signed a strategic content distribution partnership with Brazino777, one of Brazil's largest online gaming operators.Under the agreement, Expanse Studios' proprietary portfolio of online casino games-including slots, table games, crash games and instant-win formats-has been integrated into Brazino777's platform via a direct distribution model.
Meridianbet Completes Acquisition of Fairbet, Adding 9 Retail Locations
Meridianbet, a sports betting and gaming operator and subsidiary of Golden Matrix Group, announced the company has completed the acquisition of Fairbet Ltd., a licensed retail gaming operator in Malta. The transaction sees Meridianbet taking 100% ownership of Fairbet's operations across Malta and Gozo. As part of the transaction, Meridianbet will add nine new retail locations, bringing its footprint in the market to 20 total storefronts. In operational terms, the expanded network is expected to include more than 60 sports betting terminals and more than 120 slot machines. The two firms' previous technology partnership will now transition into Meridianbet taking full operational control of Fairbet, with immediate integration under the Meridianbet brand.
Golden Matrix Group Subsidiary Meridianbet Signs Content Distribution Agreement
Meridianbet, a subsidiary of Golden Matrix Group, has signed a content distribution agreement with BETER. The partnership integrates BETER's exclusive ESportsBattle series and Setka Cup table tennis tournaments into Meridianbet's sportsbook platform across 18 licensed jurisdictions in Europe, Africa, and South America, including Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro, Peru, and additional markets where Meridianbet operates retail and online betting operations.
