Stephens Downgrades TriCo Bancshares to Equal Weight

Stephens analyst Andrew Terrell downgraded TriCo Bancshares (TCBK) to Equal Weight from Overweight after First Hawaiian (FHB) announced an agreement to acquire TriCo in an all-stock transaction.
