Faraday Future Signs Strategic MOU with RAK Digital Assets
Faraday Future Intelligent Electric announced that Faraday Future Middle East FZ-LLC has signed a memorandum of understanding with RAK Digital Assets Oasis. Under the MOU, the two parties intend to cooperate across three major areas of exploration: artificial intelligence, Web3 and the digital economy, and embodied intelligence. Under the strategic cooperation MOU, FF and Innovation City intend to explore the joint establishment research and innovation centers. By integrating respective technological capabilities, industrial resources, and ecosystem advantages, the two parties could carry out research, testing, and real-world application of technologies including AI, embodied intelligence, and Web3 in the UAE. Together, they aim to build a future-oriented industrial ecosystem and support Innovation City in becoming a forward-looking benchmark for next-generation urban and industrial development.

Faraday Future announced that it has launched the start of assembly production of the FX Super One MPV pre-production vehicles at the company's Hanford, California factory in anticipation of the first pre-production vehicle off the line ceremony planned for December 21. Faraday Future plans to expand AI-focused recruitment, change ticker symbol
Faraday Future Intelligent Electric has begun hiring for key positions to help support its AI initiatives as it furthers its plans to significantly expand AI R&D efforts and input, launching recruitment of AI talents, especially those specialized in large-model development and algorithm training programs. The Company also plans to change its Nasdaq ticker symbol to "FFAI" on March 10, 2025, and host an "FF Open AI Day" on March 17. The FF Open AI Day will showcase the Company's current and future AI strategy and invite AI industry partners to jointly explore topics such as open-source ecosystems and AI applications in vertical sectors like mobility. This ticker symbol change is not only a brand identity upgrade but also a reaffirmation of the Company's unwavering commitment to its core AI strategy and long-term development goals.
