Evercore Appoints John Vaske as Senior Managing Director in Chemicals Investment Banking

Evercore announced that John Vaske has joined the firm as a senior managing director in its chemicals investment banking group. He will be based in New York. Mr. Vaske joins Evercore from Ducera Partners, where he was a partner, vice chairman and co-head of M&A.

Evercore Appoints Nigel Dawn and Naveen Nataraj as Co-Presidents

Evercore announced that its Board of Directors has appointed Nigel Dawn and Naveen Nataraj as Co-Presidents of the firm, effective January 1, 2027. Dawn and Nataraj will report to Chairman and Chief Executive Officer John Weinberg, who will continue to lead Evercore, its Management Committee and the firm's strategic direction. Evercore's Board and Weinberg have agreed that he will serve as Chairman and CEO for at least the next three years.

Evercore Appoints Hans Vestberg as Senior Advisor

Evercore (EVR) announced that Hans Vestberg has joined the firm as a senior advisor, based in New York. Vestberg joins Evercore following nearly a decade at Verizon (VZ), where he served as chairman and CEO until October 2025.
