Dolby Partners with Apple to Launch F1 Dolby Atmos

Dolby Laboratories (DLB) and Apple (AAPL) announced that Dolby Atmos is coming to Formula 1 on Apple TV beginning with the 2026 U.S. Grand Prix, joining Dolby Vision to deliver an even more immersive viewing experience. For the first time, fans in the U.S. with an Apple TV subscription will be able to experience every Formula 1 race weekend in both Dolby Vision and Dolby Atmos.

Dolby Laboratories and Meta Expand Dolby Experiences

Dolby Laboratories (DLB) and Meta (META) announced the expansion of Dolby experiences within the Meta ecosystem of devices and platforms. This includes new Dolby experiences coming to Meta AI glasses and Instagram. Announced at Meta Connect, Meta AI glasses are the first global consumer device capable of capturing audio in Dolby Atmos. Users can capture their favorite moments and share them on Instagram with their community, helping them relive those experiences and feel closer to what made them special. The news builds on the launch of Dolby Vision on Instagram last year. Meta also announced that its newest VR device will support Dolby Vision and Dolby Atmos, enabling more immersive experiences for movies, shows, sports, concerts, and other premium VR experiences when it launches next year.
