Company Anticipates At Least 27% ARR Growth for Fiscal 2026
The company said, "For fiscal 2026, we now anticipate ARR growth of at least 27% versus fiscal 2025, up from our prior guidance of growth of 25%. Revenue is estimated to be $529 million to $533 million for fiscal 2026, representing growth of 23-24% versus fiscal 2025, up from our prior guidance of growth of 20-22%. Adjusted EBITDA is estimated to be $146.0 million to $147.5 million, representing growth of 35-36% versus fiscal 2025, up from our prior guidance of growth of 23-26%."

Digi International announced global availability of the Digi ConnectCore 95 SMARC system-on-module, SOM, Development Kit. "Among the first to deliver a SMARC module as part of a complete, ready-to-deploy solution rather than as bare hardware, Digi ConnectCore 95 SMARC goes beyond hardware by including security, lifecycle management and cloud services. Rather than leaving OEMs to source and integrate the required software and services themselves, Digi ConnectCore 95 SMARC delivers everything needed to build, secure and scale a connected product in one module: five years of bundled Digi ConnectCore Cloud Services, built-in Digi TrustFence security and lifecycle management, all included in the module price," the company said.
Digi International Launches DANI AI Network Agent
Digi International announced the launch of DANI, the Digi Artificial Network Intelligence agent, an AI network operations agent embedded in a networking device management platform, Digi Remote Manager. DANI enables network operators and managed service providers to monitor and diagnose network issues, identify root causes and surface recommended actions through a single conversational interface.
