Dime Commercial Bank Reports Q2 Revenue of $126.45M
Reports Q2 revenue $126.45M, consensus $123.46M. Reports Q2 tangible book value per share $28.21. Stuart H. Lubow, President and Chief Executive Officer of the Company, stated, "Dime continues to execute on our growth plan and delivered record quarterly revenue. Second quarter results were marked by strong growth in business loans as our commercial banking teams are converting their robust pipelines. Recognizing the progress we have made in creating a high-quality balance sheet, Kroll Bond Rating Agency recently issued a "Positive" ratings outlook for Dime. Finally, and in recognition of our evolution into a commercial and private banking powerhouse, we recently completed our re-brand to "Dime Commercial Bank"."
Lubow Announces Share Repurchase in Q3
Lubow, stated, "In light of our strong capital position, lower CRE concentration levels, stress testing results, and improving profitability, we are pleased to announce that we expect to begin repurchasing our shares in the third quarter."

Dime Transfers All Securities to NYSE
Dime announced the transfer of all of its publicly traded securities to the NYSE. The first day of trading on NYSE will be April 7th. The common stock will continue to trade under "DCOM", the preferred stock will trade under "DCOM PR", and the fixed-to-floating rate subordinated notes due 2034 will trade under the "DCBG" ticker symbols respectively.
Dime Appoints Charlie Terrasi as Head of Investor Commercial Real Estate and Multifamily
Dime announced the elevation of Charlie Terrasi to Head of Investor Commercial Real Estate and Multifamily. Mr. Terrasi will manage and oversee growth in the Company's Investor CRE portfolio, in addition to his current oversight of the multifamily portfolio.
