CVR Energy Q2 Revenue $2.74B, Announces $0.10 Cash Dividend
Reports Q2 revenue $2.74B, consensus $2.23B. "CVR Energy posted another quarter of strong operating results across our system, with crude utilization of 98 percent and ammonia plant utilization of 99 percent," said Dane Neumann, CVR Energy's Chief Executive Officer. "The ongoing global conflicts have created tightness across energy and fertilizer markets. We continue to believe our assets are well-positioned to benefit from these market conditions and are pleased to announce a cash dividend of 10 cents per share for the second quarter. Looking ahead, we remain laser focused on pursuing accretive growth and believe current market conditions could support these efforts, as well as opportunities to reduce leverage and add value for our shareholders."
CVR Energy Appoints Dane Neumann as New CEO
CVR Energy (CVI) and CVR Partners, LP (UAN) are pleased to announce that Dane Neumann, Executive Vice President and CFO, has been promoted to the position of President and CEO of CVI and the general partner of UAN, as well as to their Boards of Directors, effective June 18, following Mark Pytosh's resignation from the CVR Entities for personal reasons.

CVR Energy (CVI) and CVR Partners (UAN) announced that Dane Neumann, Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, has been promoted to the position of President and Chief Executive Officer of CVI and the general partner of UAN, as well as to their Boards of Directors, effective June 18, 2026, following Mark Pytosh's resignation from the CVR Entities for personal reasons. "On behalf of our Boards of Directors, I am pleased to welcome Dane to the helm of our companies," said Robert Flint, Chairman of the Boards of Directors of each of the CVR Entities. "Since joining CVR, Dane's exceptional leadership, financial discipline and deep expertise in all aspects of our businesses, combined with his unwavering commitment to our Mission and Values, have enabled him to serve as a critical catalyst for process improvements, setting the stage for the growth and value creation that remain primary priorities for our companies. CVR Energy Reports Q1 Revenue of $1.98B
Reports Q1 revenue $1.98B, consensus $1.79B. "CVR Energy's first quarter operations were solid, with crude utilization of 97 percent and ammonia plant utilization of 103 percent," said Mark Pytosh, CVR Energy's Chief Executive Officer. "The major geopolitical events of the past few months have created significant volatility in energy and fertilizer markets. However, as a result of our expected locked in value of $447 million from the sale of NYMEX crack spread swaps we expect to realize through 2027, among other matters, we believe our assets are well-positioned to increase in value. We are therefore pleased to announce a first quarter cash dividend of 10 cents per share and while there can be no guarantees, we are hopeful to be able to raise the dividend in the future."
Oil Price Bounce Helps Energy Sector Rise
A bounce in oil prices helped the Energy sector of the S&P 500 pace the broader index to its second consecutive winning session and defuse the bump in Treasury yields in the wake of January Fed meeting minutes that tilted dovish, with a subset of the committee keeping the door open to policy tightening if the fight against inflation heats up again. Meanwhile Utilities - a sector trading firmly since early last week - was the worst performer, surrendering some of its February gains. Ahead of tomorrow's earnings, Walmart's second consecutive losing sessionalso led Consumer Staples space to the downside.In the opening hour of the evening session, index futures are paring their earlier gains - S&P e-minis, Nasdaq 100 and Dow Industrials are all down about 0.1%.
