Cousins Properties Authorizes $500M Stock Buyback
Cousins Properties announced that its Board of Directors has authorized the repurchase of up to $500M of its outstanding common stock under its share repurchase program, increasing the total authorization under the program by $250M. Under its current share repurchase program, the company has repurchased approximately 3.9M shares of its outstanding common stock at an average price of $23.36 per share, for an aggregate purchase price of $90M. With the increase in the share repurchase program, the company currently has $410M of its outstanding common stock remaining for authorized repurchase.
Cousins Properties Signs Long-Term Lease of 116,000 Sq Ft with Oracle
Cousins Properties (CUZ) announced that it has executed a long-term lease for 116,000 square feet with Oracle (ORCL) at its Neuhoff mixed-use development in Nashville, TN. Oracle is expected to occupy the space in the second half of 2026. Oracle's offices at Neuhoff will overlook construction of its new headquarters campus along the opposite bank of the Cumberland River. The Oracle campus will be connected to Neuhoff by a pedestrian bridge.
