Cencora Reaffirms FY2026 EPS Guidance of $17.75 to $17.95
Cencora disclosed that beginning July 1, certain Walgreens volume that was being serviced by Cencora separate from the prime vendor agreement began moving outside the company. "The prime vendor agreement, which remains unchanged, constitutes the vast majority of the Company's business with Walgreens," the company added. This was fully contemplated in Cencora's commentary on Q4 expectations for its U.S. healthcare solutions segment. As such, Cencora reaffirmed its previously issued adjusted diluted earnings per share guidance range of $17.75 to $17.95 for fiscal 2026. Cencora shares are down 5% to $318.11 in midday trading.

Cencora HR Executive Announces Retirement
Cencora "announced that Silvana Battaglia, Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer, has announced she will retire from the company following a distinguished seven-year tenure. She will be succeeded by Samantha Hammock, who will join Cencora as Executive Vice President and CHRO, effective July 13, 2026."

Cencora Appoints Eva Boratto as EVP and CFO
Cencora appointed Eva Boratto EVP and CFO, effective June 29. Boratto succeeds James Cleary, who will be retiring from his role as EVP and CFO as previously announced. Cleary will serve in an advisory capacity through the end of 2026 to help ensure a smooth transition. Boratto most recently served as CFO of Bath & Body Works. She previously spent 12 years at CVS Health, where she held leadership roles, including CFO. Boratto serves on the board of Mars, where she is Chair of the Audit Committee, and currently serves on the board of United Parcel Service, where she is Chair of the Audit Committee.
