Chemung Financial Raises Quarterly Cash Dividend to 36 Cents
Chemung Financial's Board of Directors has approved a dividend increase of 2c per share, raising its quarterly cash dividend to 36c per share, payable on October 1, to common stock shareholders of record as of the close of business on September 17.

Reports Q2 net interest income $24.7M vs. $20.8M last year. Reports Q2 net interest margin expanded 62 basis points to 3.67%. Reports total assets were $2.82B as of June 30, 2026. Reports Q2 book value per share rose to $55.88 and tangible book value per share rose to $51.37. Reports Q2 provision for credit losses was $0.6M. Reports net charge-offs were $0.2M.
