Barfresh Food Group Wins 50 New School District Customers in Ohio
Barfresh Food Group announced multiple new customer wins in the education channel across Ohio. The Company has added 50 school districts across the state, serving a collective student population of over 300,000. Several of these schools began serving Barfresh's portfolio of better-for-you smoothie beverages on their menus during the 2025-26 school year, with implementation expected across all locations in the 2026-27 school year. These wins also come as Barfresh continues to build out its integrated manufacturing infrastructure in Ohio. The Company's Arps Dairy processing facility is already operational, supporting approximately 75% of Barfresh's frozen beverage and food volume. Its larger 44,000-square-foot facility in Defiance, Ohio is planned to be commissioned before the end of 2026, further strengthening the Company's production capacity and supply reliability nationwide as well as driving down its costs.

Barfresh Food Group Secures $7.3M Convertible Note Financing
Barfresh Food Group has secured subscriptions for a $7.3M senior convertible note financing. The proceeds will be used to pay off the existing mortgage on the Company's manufacturing facility in Defiance, Ohio, accelerate construction completion, and position Barfresh to control its manufacturing destiny with significantly expanded production capacity. In addition, the Company was recently approved for a $2.4M government grant to finalize construction of the facility and install specialized equipment necessary for full-scale production operations.
Barfresh Food Group Awarded Supply Contract for Smoothies to Nevada School District
Barfresh Food Group has been awarded a multi-year bid award to supply its Twist & Go Smoothies via the awarded frozen food distributor to the largest school district in Nevada, representing the fifth largest school district in the United States. The Company has already begun providing its portfolio of better for you smoothie beverages to the district, which serves over three hundred thousand students across the region.
