Today's basic tasks are done, with a gain of 1820U. Most of the profit came from AVA and BR, which is also a regularly profitable pattern. Many people who contacted me asked how to achieve stable profits. What I tell them is to learn the methods first, then practice them, so it can last. Just like what I ask my students: Are you sure you want to learn? Do you want to change the situation of losing money? In fact, many people only think of learning when their losses reach the limit, and that mental strain makes it harder to move forward. For now, I am just slowly waiting for a pullback in major coins.

$AVA this drop really hurt. Last night's Fed minutes leaned hawkish, real Treasury yields pushed higher, and the 20-day correlation between BTC and the Nasdaq that I track is still around 0.7 — when risk assets contract, altcoins sell off first. I watched $AVA grind down from 0.41, tried to catch a bounce with a buy order at 0.38, and instead it dropped 18% in 24 hours to 0.3173 on 152M in volume, all panic selling. I cut half my position at 0.34, hands shaking. One lesson: don't catch a falling knife when macro tightens — altcoins follow declines but not rallies. At 0.33 now, my plan is to wait for stabilization — a small test position near 0.325, stop loss at 0.31 (if it breaks the prior low, I'm wrong), take profit at 0.38, position no more than 20%. Don't just watch the chart — those few lines about balance sheet reduction in the minutes are the real knife. Follow my review, and I won't make the same mistake next time. #GateSquareMidAutumnReunion
