Enhanced Group to Begin Trading on NYSE on May 8
Enhanced Group (ENHA) announced that its Class A common stock will commence trading on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol "ENHA" on May 8 following the completion of its business combination with A Paradise Acquisition Corp. (APAD).

Enhanced and A Paradise Merger Approved by Shareholders
Enhanced (ENHA) and A Paradise Acquisition (APAD) announced that their previously announced business combination was approved at an extraordinary general meeting of A Paradise's shareholders on May 1. The Business Combination is expected to close shortly after all closing conditions have been satisfied or waived. In connection with such closing, the combined company, Enhanced Group Inc., is expected to begin trading its Class A common stock on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol "ENHA", subject to the closing of the Business Combination and the fulfillment of all applicable listing requirements of the NYSE.
A Paradise Acquisition Nears Closing of Enhanced Merger
A Paradise Acquisition announced it is "swiftly moving towards" closing of the proposed business combination with Enhanced. Post closing, the company will be named Enhanced Group Inc. Here are all important dates and deadlines: Holders of A Paradise Class A ordinary shares have until Wednesday, April 29 to decide if they want to remain A Paradise shareholders and hence become Enhanced Group Inc. shareholders at the proposed merger valuation and upon the terms therein, or if they want to redeem their A Paradise Class A ordinary shares. On Friday, May 1, A Paradise shareholders can vote on the proposed merger with Enhanced and other proposals in the extraordinary general meeting. Enhanced Group Inc. Class A common stock is expected to trade on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol "ENHA" on the first trading day after the closing of the proposed business combination. Closing and delisting from the Nasdaq is expected on Thursday, May 7, and hence first day of trading under ENHA on NYSE is expected to be Friday, May 8th. Until the day before the change of ticker and switch to NYSE, there will be trading on Nasdaq of those A Paradise Class A ordinary shares that have not been redeemed, under the ticker "APAD". A Paradise's Board of Directors unanimously recommends shareholders vote "FOR" all proposals.
Enhanced and Paradise Merger Registration Statement Declared Effective
Enhanced and A Paradise Acquisition Corp. announced that the U.S. SEC has declared effective on April 10, the registration statement on Form S-4 in connection with the previously announced proposed business combination. This marks an important milestone as Enhanced Group, the surviving public company after the closing of the Business Combination, nears its expected listing on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol "ENHA."
